HELLO!
I am Hasslily Hashim, a multidisciplinary interaction designer. Leveraging fundamentals from design schools, I advocate Design Thinking (DT) in my Human Cantered Design (HCD) practice.
I've worked collaboratively in agile environments with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams from Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. I've optimised and enhanced a wide range of digital experiences, but my strength falls for the B2B systems and applications where my work focused on uplifting accessibility, usability to accelerate end-users' efficiencies. My work ranges from discovery to delivery depending on the types of problems, project phases and business values.
My passion for experience design started during my first degree in Fine Art - I created some spatial installation artworks to enhance the audiences' experience. In comparison with the passive exhibition, this achieved high participation and engagement. I carried my passion through completing a Masters Degree in Multimedia Design and a Doctoral study in Human-Centered Interaction Design for Museum Experience.
The illustration above depicts my background, the journey where I studied and worked. At present I worked as a Senior Product Design at Everest Engineering after spending 21months with OVO (Our Very Own, Melbourne) as a Senior Experience Designer consulting various clients including Wolters Kluwer, Australia Post and Racing.com. From 2018-early 2021 I worked at nbnco as a Lead Experience Designer, enhancing the HR processes for the employees. Prior that, I worked at Telstra Health as a Lead UX and completed the HealthNow mobile app. Browse through to learn more about my experience. In my spare time I provide UX and BA mentorship for fresh graduates. I also voluntarily helped small businesses to create some screen designs for their app and websites.
